1. Precision Casting/Stamping
The lock case body starts as solid brass, formed through precision casting or stamping to lock in accurate dimensions and structural strength.
2. CNC Machining
Internal parts — the latch, deadbolt mechanism, and spindle holes — are CNC-machined to tight tolerances so the latch retracts and the bolt throws smoothly every time.
3. Multi-Stage Polishing
Before plating, each case is polished in stages to remove burrs and create a clean, even base surface.
4. Satin Brass Finishing
A controlled brass plating process is followed by a satin brushing technique, giving the surface its soft, non-reflective sheen while resisting fingerprints and daily wear.
5. Assembly & Function Testing
The latch spring, bolt mechanism, and strike components are assembled and tested for smooth retraction, extension, and spindle rotation.
6. Final Quality Check
Every unit is inspected for dimensional accuracy, finish consistency, and mechanical performance before it leaves the factory.
