Production Process
Material Preparation:
Base flange: Typically made from stainless steel sheet (e.g. SS304).
Socket insert: Often uses galvanized steel or zinc-plated steel for strength and corrosion resistance.
Black clips: Usually made from spring steel or high-strength plastic for secure locking.
Metal Stamping & CNC Machining:
The flange (bottom round plate with holes) is produced via metal stamping from stainless steel sheet.
The central tube and socket insert are processed with CNC machining or lathe turning to ensure precise dimensions and smooth fit.
Welding/Assembly:
The socket tube and the base flange are joined by TIG welding (or laser welding for higher precision and aesthetics).
Post-weld, the component undergoes grinding and polishing to remove sharp edges and weld marks.
Surface Treatment:
The stainless steel parts are polished or brushed for a clean, professional finish.
The steel insert is zinc-plated or galvanized to resist corrosion.
Assembly of Inner Locking System:
The black locking clips (spring locks) are inserted into the inner socket. These ensure a tight and secure grip on the inserted leg or pole.
Some models may use press-fit assembly or screw mounting to secure the locking mechanism.
Quality Control:
Each unit is checked for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and fit of the locking mechanism.
