Material Selection
High-quality H58 or H62 solid brass rods are selected for durability and corrosion resistance.
Cutting
Brass rods are cut into blanks according to the product size requirements.
Forging / Casting (optional depending on design)
The blanks are hot forged or gravity cast into the general shape of the stopper for improved density and strength.
CNC Machining
Precision CNC turning and milling are used to shape and drill the stopper for accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces.
Polishing
The surface is polished by hand or machine to achieve a smooth and shiny finish, ready for plating.
Plating / Surface Treatment
The polished part is electroplated or treated (e.g., PVD, lacquer coating) to achieve the desired color (e.g., gold, chrome) and surface protection.
Rubber Tip Assembly
A rubber or thermoplastic buffer is press-fitted or glued to the brass body to serve as the impact-absorbing component.
Inspection
Each part undergoes quality control inspection for dimension, finish, and assembly.
Packaging
Finished products are cleaned, individually packed with screws and anchors, and boxed for shipment.
